Conformance status<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The website https:\/\/beeup.it\/ is <strong>partially conformant<\/strong> with the requirements set out in the technical standard <strong>UNI CEI EN 301 549<\/strong> and the <strong>WCAG 2.1 AA<\/strong> (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), which are recognized as reference standards for web accessibility.<br \/>\nThis statement is based on <strong>an internal self-assessment carried out on 18 June 2025.<\/strong><br \/>\nNo certification from third parties is currently available.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2. Reasons for partial conformity<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The website was <strong>developed prior to 28 June 2025<\/strong> and presents technological constraints that do not allow full compliance with certain accessibility criteria.<br \/>\nIdentified issues include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>navigation with assistive technologies not always clear<\/li>\n<li>occasional insufficient color contrast<\/li>\n<li>links and buttons with descriptions not always adequate<\/li>\n<li>incomplete heading structure<\/li>\n<li>images without alternative text<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>3. Accessibility plan<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Bee UP S.r.l. acknowledges the importance of accessibility as a tool for inclusion and equal opportunities. Website adjustments will be carried out progressively and in proportion to available resources, with the aim of meeting the deadlines established by European legislation.<br \/>\nThe final deadline for achieving <strong>full compliance is set for 28 June 2030<\/strong>, as provided under the EAA framework and Legislative Decree 82\/2022 for services\/products already in use prior to 28 June 2025. Each intervention will be accompanied by an updated revision of this statement, made publicly available in this section.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>4.
